When you're on a good thing stick to it! I've had the great pleasure of engaging Glow HCE on a number of jobs now over the last decade and each time they make it clear they know their stuff, with honest assessments of the job and how to fix it. We had a block of units at Norwood needing 14 new gas HWS and 14 AC splits and Glow took it in their stride easily. Since then we've had other AC and electrical jobs needing their magic wand waved over them, including today, when they replaced an elderly split with a new Daikin at home. They were, as usual, on time at 0700, efficient, clean and done in five

Just starting using Glow Heating Cooling Electrical to service my air conditioner, and super happy with my choice.
Ever heard of a tradesperson show up on time? No?... Well these guys broke the mould turning up on time literally to the second. I was almost not ready for them to be honest.
Super polite speedy service was the theme, and they got the ol aircon working like a dream again. It's seen a fair bit of action, but haven't taken it off low ever since the service.
Just my opinion but these guys are worth the call if you value your air-conditioning as much as I do.

Amazing company to deal with. They’ve been incredibly patient with me changing appointment times and their tradesmen are a pleasure to deal with. Polite, helpful, clean and tidy. One of the tradesmen, Dylan is a great representation of the business. Highly recommend this company and their professional demeanour. Sensational firm with sensational staff
Remodelled my mothers air conditioner - from the the first phone call to them to their phone call to my mum to see how thing is today was just amazing! Michael in sales was amazing, the installation staff Dan and Evan were - on time - super friendly - articulate and clean nothing was too much trouble they were super cool to my mum. The admin staff treated my mum with so much kindness.

My wife and I purchased a complete ducted system for our home at the beginning of 2020. The system was booked in and installed within a matter of a fortnight. We had some concerns with the cooling performance at first, but we were able to rectify the concerns with an upgrade provided at cost price which we were very happy with. System has been working flawlessly for almost 12 months now. Its businesses like these who look after their customers long after a sale that we all should support.

Our Fujitsu Reverse Cycle A / C was 23 years old and it was not working properly. I contacted Glow Heating Cooling Electrical, They sent a Service Technician Cody , He Inspected it and advised us what was needed to fix it. Subsequently he did repairs and serviced it and he also updated our A/C Ceiling Vents to a more efficient system than we had before.My wife and I were very impressed with his excellent work manners and his very honest advice.
