The people that work in the company are very professional and helpful. I would like to personally thank the two people from the company that helped us go thru our home refinance. Namely Mr. Gautam Tridandapani and Mr. Rannel Reyes. These two people are very knowledgable in what they do. We have been copping a massive interest rate from Keystart and would love to get our house refinanced. We have been trying for so many years and only Gautam and Rannel managed to get us that refinance on a significantly low interest rate that would impact our disposable income positively. Brent and Emma have taken us through mortgage and refinance, both times have been absolutely pain free. We can ask any questions (and we had many) and have them answered very quickly. Everything is taken care of, everything is explained clearly, all we had to do was make the decision and sign paperwork. Will be back for the next time too.

Got to settlement in the end but the lack of efficiency took documents a long time to be submitted, too long time frame for information to be provided back to us and no explanations on how certain documents needed to be filled out. Numerous finance extensions put our block at risk and the delays to settlement put us in a position to attract penalties. Thankfully the developer did not apply them. From starting meeting on 9.6.2021, it took till 10.11.21 to get unconditional approval and then almost a full month to settle thanks to issues with ANZ, documents being sent, not being told to open correct

He was patient in answering any questions I had and handled all bank queries in a timely manner to ensure approvals came through with as little delay as possible.
