I mailed all requested documents with request to open SMSF Term Deposit on 25 November 2021. The documents were delivered on 29 November 2021.
Since then, I called 5 times, talked to 3 representative, Yan, Trinity and Jeanne and with 2 reps by chat. They all promised to escalate the case and call me back. Nobody called me back and I haven't received any email.
I also wanted to discuss the delay with a supervisor who was not available each time I called, but I was promised the supervisor will call me back. Nobody called me back.
The term deposit is still not open as on 9 December 2021.

Rating 1 star because of AMP's terrible and dreadful customer service. I called to ask about account consolidation options. But what I get in exchange are extremely long wait time, and my call has been forwarded from one person to another (and with another long wait time). They have poor customer service skills that doesn't know how to handle customer enquiries.

Impressive building with state-of-the-art facilities. Very spacious atrium which gives a very open and welcoming feel to the office environment.
Tram stop immediately out front and a short walk from Southern Cross station provides excellent access.
Stairs are a key feature to this office building with the addition of lifts there is encouragement to use stairs in a open and accessible stair well between floors.
The concierge staff in the main foyer are very helpful and obliging.
