I have been going to Pierre Haddad Hair Management for over 10years and travel from interstate for all my hair services. This includes services like hair extensions, colouring and styling. The service I have received has been unparalleled and my expectations have been more than met. The staff are amazing and have always provided me with the service that I would expect, always offering me valuable advice. I love this place because I know I am going to get quality and get what I pay for. Worth every single penny, especially when I receive the compliments of how great my hair looks. Highly recommended

This Salon is the biggest rip off.DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!! Used to be good , but all the good staff have left as have many of their clients. Been going here for years for hair extensions ,all of a sudden the price has doubled and didn't get told until the end when it came to paying despite sitting there for 4 hours for extensions to get removed and adding of new ones . Basically no where near as busy as used to be so they make up for it by OVERCHARGING the clients who still go !!!! Carol is the worst. Quality of extensions has gone down but the price has gone up! Will never be going back!!! STAY

I have been a life long customer of Pierre Haddad Hair Management and have always been extremely satisfied with the service provided.
Firstly, the salon has such a pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. Extremely clean area! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately.
Secondly, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable, especially recommend their hair extensions and colouring services.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
They saved my hair after a DIY bleach... They transformed my orange/yellow and WHITE (and a couple more shades) just bleached horrible hair in a beautiful same toned blond! Jade the colourist that did it was just amazing.
Loved this place before and continue loving it!

I have my hair keratin done here with Daniella and I never have been that happy with the result.
I have done this treatment in many other salons but this one was the best.
My hairdresser Daniella, was great, the product was fantastic and the salon is spectacular.
It last for 3_4 months and I will definitely go back to do that again.
Thanks Daniella and can't wait to see you again.

The worst Keratin experience I have ever had. My hair is not at all straight it’s now always greasy at the roots and fried at the ends. I had to cut my hair into a bob last week. Absolutely feral

A nightmare! The balayage turned out grey and I had to come back the next day to fix it. However, it was still grey and dull. But mostly my hair is completely damaged, beyond repair. The second treatment was free, but this was a desperate attempt to fix the colour and it was this treatment what completely destroyed my hair. The hairdresser admitted to leaving the foils too long what basically turned my hair black, or even burnt. When trying to strip it with a deep cleansing shampoo the damage appeared, and the black colour is still there! I had beautiful healthy shiny golden hair before I came
