Located perfectly in cavil n orchid ave. The hotel has wonderful staff members always happy to help with any requests. We had a problem with a faulty smoke detector which management offered to put us in another room just in case it went off during the night which I refused and luckily the smoke detector was fine. The next morning tech came and fixed problem and management sent a bottle of wine as an apology which was nice.
Definitely coming back & thanks to all staff members at the Hilton.

Just back from a 3 night stay. Staff amazing, location great and the parking isn't as bad as everyone mentions. The only way you get room noise is if you have the windows/balcony door open.
Breakfast option was fantastic, and the quality of food and service was fantastic. I got the best omelette I've ever had this morning.
The rooms however are not of the usual Hilton standard, and I think that's partly due to it being the Gold Coast. They are matchbox in size, bland and the beds are super uncomfortable. Would be totally acceptable if the prices weren't as high as they are.

The rooms look amazing, views are spectacular and the breakfast was delicious but it was a complete shame after a day had passed within the hotel. Bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains and hair covering them, I woke up with bite marks all over my body indicating bed bugs or mites. Air conditioning doesn’t do its job so we had restless sleep. I unfortunately won’t be coming back here again.

Hotel Location: amazing right in the heart of Surfers
Room: relaxation room with lounge access
Service: Very good from the lounge staff and some of the front desk.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton would highly recommend the lounge access and want to make a special mention to Mario Capano, Florence and Jane who were above and beyond in their service and the experience provided. Will be going back to Hilton again and recommending.

Based on our experience, it would be a stretch to say that this is a five-star hotel. The actual quality of the hotel is around the 2.5-3 star mark. Just be aware of that before you book. The quality of the rooms is significantly lower than other five-star hotels and there is a lingering stale smell almost everywhere. The bed sheets and towels are low quality and the A/C struggles to operate effectively at peak times. In addition, we were mistakenly given a disabled access room so there was additional hassle in sorting that out. Bottled water is not free, which is almost unprecedented for a five

Always great environment with the Hilton Brand.
The staff at the executive lounge are very friendly and helpful. You are literally spoilt with all the drinks and food if you pay for the rooms with lounge access.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The 4 pools are great that you can always find one you want to.
It's hard to operate with 75% of staff in quarantine and I could hardly feel it was understaffed. Well done!
Thank you 🙏🏼

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. First of all, they incorrectly gave us an accessible/disabled room - the bathroom reminded me of a hospital’s bathroom. The shower curtain was disgusting, I got goosebumps just writing this.
Then they moved us to a new room with a nicer looking bathroom - the room was alright. But definitely NOT WORTH the $600 rate per night. Woke up at 3 in the morning feeling very itchy and hot (the AC wasn’t working properly even though it said 20°C).
Secondly, I can’t believe there was no bottled water in the room? Is that the standard of a five star hotel

The hotel location is close to the beach, shopping centre, and eatery place. Check in and check out process are fast and efficient. I went to my room and found gifts from the hotel, a bottle of french wine and 2 beach towels. It's such a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, had right room temperature, and it filled with natural light. My children love it. The hotel provided plenty variation of food and drinks on buffet breakfast. The staffs are friendly and helpfull. Overall we were having a great summer break at Hilton. Definetely we will stay there again when we visit Gold Coast.

Beautiful ocean views and one of the best breakfast buffets! We had a lovely 7 night stay for our anniversary and enjoyed the spacious pool (there's actually more than 1!), outdoor area, executive lounge canapes and of course our luxury corner room with balcony and superb bedding that was perfect for our arvo naps. Shoutout to the executive lounge team who were super friendly and welcoming.

A very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely, and the room very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking, and the balcony and bedroom had a gorgeous view. The location is perfect for the beach as well as eateries, coffee shops, and clubs.
There were some issues with the air conditioning and wind being pulled under the door. Parking was very easy, and worth paying for, although the purifying scent they pump into the carpark is very strong - asthmatics beware.
