Perfectly located Between Miami and Palm Beach and only a short drive to Coolangatta Airport or central Surfers Paradise and opposite the prestigious surf patrolled Burleigh Heads Beach. Stayed twice in two weeks (wouldn't stay anywhere again that missed the mark the first time). Amenities were clean, room had everything we needed.
The view from our room (3 bedroom) had amazing views of the beach. Restaurants, bars, cafe's are around the corner (2-3 min walk) so dinner and breakfast were easy. I visited Ambience as part of a Luxury Escape package and it was indeed a luxury escape. We enjoyed a 2 bedroom ocean view room on the 12th floor and the unit was large and inviting and I could not fault it at all.

I stayed at Ambience On Burleigh Beach for a week while I undertook a training course nearby. I was impressed with everything about the apartment.
There are no bells and whistles, but it is clean and comfortable and the location is brilliant.
A full kitchen and laundry facilities make extended stays a breeze.
I highly recommend Ambience On Burleigh Beach.

I have stayed here quite a few times over the years since it first opened and the place is looking like brand new, so the current managers have it all sorted which is a credit to them.
We were in an ocean view 1 bedroom unit though it did have a 2nd room which doubles I guess as a 2nd bedroom or office area (though there were 2 single beds in there). We used it to put our bags in that room as the wardrobes, although functional, are quite small.
The unit was impressive and a good size for what it is with a huge entertainers balcony which I loved and a view to die for.
The decor was quite nice

Ambience has the best location, right across the road from the beach, shops and restaurants in the other direction. The Bowls Club was a block away if you are into clubbing.😃 The surf club is about 20 metres away if you prefer that type of clubbing. Burleigh Heads Tavern is right next door. We did not hear any noise from the tavern.
The unit was so well equipped, everything you need for your stay. The unit was very clean and well maintained. There was secure parking which had no additional charge. Once you parked the car there is no need to move it again.
I'd definitely stay at Ambience again

We arrived at the hotel late after a long day of travelling with a toddler. We checked in got up to our room only to find it had NOT been cleaned from the previous tenants. We went back down and told reception, they seemed shocked but not really sympathetic due to the fact our two year old was becomming very unsettled. We were then given keys to… another room for the night so ours could get cleaned the next day, only to get up to that room open the door and find that people were actually in there. Don’t actually know where to start on how awful our experience at Ambience on Burleigh Beach was. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and on arrival were given a 1 bedroom apartment and the hotel reception was closed so no one could sort the issue for us at the time and trundle beds were sent up to our room. My Partner and I had to sleep on trundle… beds in the living room which is severely uncomfortable when you are 5 months pregnant. The next day no one bothered to contact us after they were well aware we were not happy with our room. Checked out after the most unenjoyable weekend and
