Advertise as same day service. Unable to offer emergency assistance for air conditioning for 10 days. Understand it is a busy time of year, but asked for clarification around the false advertising. Was rudely told “it’s a 10 year old website and January doesn’t count” and hung up on.

Andy did an amazing job of cleaning four AC units. He worked later than scheduled as the job changed from a general service to a full hygiene clean on all four units. He was friendly, extremely professional and very passionate about the job he does. I highly recommend Andy and Austec Electrical. Thank you for such a great job!!!

I called to get a price as I had a quote from another company for the repair of my reverse cycle air con.Firstly, the gentleman who owns the company actually quoted the parts and cost of installation whereas 3 other Companies has declined to do so. The quote was around 30% cheaper than another major air-conditioning company. I then booked a technician to check what another had quoted was wrong, incase I didn't require the parts.

Had a great experience with the Austec Electrical guys. Recently, they installed two split aircon units and replaced my spa pump and motor. The techs were on time and even called me a half hour before they arrived. The job was quite complex and they worked tirelessly finishing well after 6pm. Other than the fantastic work ethic of the techs Andy and Jake, I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail that they applied to my job. Being a tradie myself, I am always happy to see tradesmen that are prepared to take a little more time to make sure the job is done to the highest

I had wonderful experiences of this business 4 years ago when having my aircon repaired, so came back, but was very disappointed today when the technician was unfamiliar with the aircon unit and took a long time to find online help, which after a long time directed him to the the fault I had already told Austec about, so I knew was a problem (and had sent Austec an email including this information) . He did additionally find the gas was low to his credit, but I was left with a low level of confidence and with no resolution and (for me) a large bill.
I'm unhappy.

Phenomenal customer service, quote received quickly and with very reasonable rates within an hour of requesting. They came out same day, identified the issue with our aircon and had the parts ordered and the unit repaired within three days. Delighted, would highly recommend and will definately use again. I can't speak highly enough about this comoany... I had a problem with solar panels that another electrician fitted and did not do a proper job...so i called Austec Electrical to come out and asked them to please check and do a report...they did and thanks to Austec my solar panels were up and working within 24 hours and the job was fixed correctly and safley....i would highly recommend Austec Electrical.....and the the staff are fantastic to deal with

WORST EXPERIENCE!
I had a fault with my aircon, I rang a few places to get some quotes,these guys were the cheapest for call out and half hour charge. When the guy got here he made a few inappropriate comments, one being he was worried that he was walking into a bikie house as I have visible tattoos HAHA. He checked everything and told me that my… fan motor was seized as well as my PCB board, I had put down a large deposit for the parts as the PCB was expensive and had to be ordered in. A few days after I noticed that the code wasn’t flashing on my aircon so I turned it on. It worked

Excellent service from beginning to end. A big enough company to have lots of Electricians available, hence able to come out the next day (unlike some others that had wait times of up to 3 weeks to fix an aircon fault in the middle of summer in Perth!) but small enough that you get delightfully friendly service from the same person answering the phone who remembers your name and the issue at hand. Very reasonable price as well as being fast, reliable and professional.

I posted a job to install two security lights in my house via service seeking and I got a prompt response from Austec Electrical so we decided to go with them. Due to a misunderstanding the job that the electrician did was not what I wanted. The electrician replaced two of my existing lights instead of installing two extra lights (I guess it is easier to use existing cabling than to run a new one and perhaps I could have explained what I was after better).
The bill was $180 higher that the initial quote but the money was refunded following our complaint.

We were very impressed at the professionalism and commitment to fixing a persistent problem with our business airconditioner in hot conditions and on a difficult to access roof. John, Diane and all of the technicians continued to persevere positively until the problem was resolved. Above and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend.
