I called about a month ago and I was told someone would call me back, but they never did.
I then called up today and was told a supervisor would return my call. A few hours later I was told the supervisor should have called me and they didn’t.
So I won’t be using ACE again, it’s just too hard. My strata company will also not be using them again.

We recently used Ace+ for a replacement of grease trap at our aged care facility in Bunbury.
The job itself was a very difficult one as there was limited access to the area, tree roots growing in to the old unit & all work had to be done without machinery.
The whole process for us was painless, from quote to completion Ace+ were fantastic in all areas.
The 2 workers who did the job worked non stop to get it completed on time and even though it was a horrible job to have to do & 30°C+ all week, every one who saw them said how polite they were & how happy they looked.
We will defiantly use ACE

Wanted to put in my two cents worth: Called them on a Saturday, since a part of the toilet mechanism had broken and was unable to flush the toilet and my gas stove battery had corroded so I was unable to ignite it. They came in to assess it, had no idea why the toilet wasn't working and I had to explain to them why it was broken and how to fix it. They told me I had to wait for 3 working days for them to get parts. Been chasing them up, and 2 weeks on, my toilet and stove still hasn't been repaired. How long would you expect for them to get parts for a toilet and a battery for a stove? I'm sure
