Asked for a skin fade. Don’t know what I walked out with. Customer service also lacking.
In reply to the owner’s comment: I would say your memory serves you well but sadly it doesn’t in this case, I did give you face to face feedback and it wasn’t taken well, you said to let you do your job. Not being able to take constructive criticism is one thing, not being able to provide standard customer service is another. Again you couldn’t do both. Come on mate this is a bit ridiculous. Hope you’re doing well then and next time I’m in town I’ll get you a beer
