Carl was extremely helpful in advising us on the best way to clear our sons bedroom to rid the environment of dust/dust mites. He did a full steam clean of our mattresses and rug, with a treatment to limit their return. After 1 night my son has already stopped coughing and snoring! Carl cleaned our carpets twice over the last month (once for the old apartment, once for the new), and both times he was punctual, smiling and inventive with how he got the equipment into the building and onto the different floors! My partner mostly dealt with letting him in and out, but both times he came home to say “Carl is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!”. The carpets were perfect both times and the service exceptional - will be recommending to everyone!
