Are you or someone you know expecting a baby? Newborn Sessions are the ideal way to capture this time in images so you never forget how tiny and curly they are. Even though the ideal time to photograph Newborns is under 12 days, I have experience with every age, so if bub is already here let's get you booked in right away!
Are you expecting a baby and wanting to celebrate this time in your life? Maternity Sessions are the perfect way to remember this incredible change your body has gone through. I know it gets tiring towards the end of your pregnancy so I suggest we do your Maternity session before 34 weeks. Booking before 28 weeks is highly recommended.
Families are an ever changing dynamic as the little people grow and change through out the years. It is so easy to put off having family photos. The whole thought of co-ordinating outfits, people and even pets can be exhausting and stressful. So I promise to make your photo session as easy as possible for you.
Are you ready for an entirely unique portrait experience?! Do you want to bring your kids along and leave the rest to me?! It couldn't be easier or sweeter with a Styled Session. Using a range of vintage, retro and boho inspired props, outfits and accessories I create whimsy and unique sets. The playful themes are reminiscent of days gone by and blend beautifully with my organic garden sets.
These sessions are a lot of fun. We start off with images in bubs party outfit before introducing the cake. I capture every emotion as they get curios and explore the cake. Then we finish the session in a vintage bath tub to get clean. What child doesn't love a bubble bath!? This gives you a great variety of images to choose from to create a collage or birthday party invitations.

From the initial point of contact Marie made me felt confident that I had made the right choice in booking her for this years update of photos. She was quick to respond, friendly yet very professional and informative. I was unable to make the session dates that she had scheduled so she fit me in on another date after the advertised special had finished. Marie was professional and amazing with capturing terrific photos of our daughter. We were referred to her for portraits and so glad we took the opportunity. I have recently had a maternity shoot taken by Marie at Kayana Photography. My husband and I enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Marie is very professional, friendly and welcoming. She was particularly good including our toddler into the shoot, obviously having a great love for working with children. We were very happy with the variety of shots that she took for us, and can't wait to bring our newborn into her studio.

We had the very BEST experience at Kayana Photography.
We took our teething 6 month old girl and the photos are AMAZING. You would never pick that our daughter was cranky and teething in her photos. Even though as parents, we got upset thinking our photos were going to be terrible (because our daughter was irritable), Marie took control, settled our daughter down and assured us that everything was ok - and she was right.
We walked away from Kayana Photography with beautiful, flawless photos at a fantastic price - our daughters safety was never compromised during the shoot - and we will be going
