A massage on the decks of Wylie's Baths is still a much-loved local tradition in Coogee. Massage by the sea is Sydney's oldest outdoor resort-style massage therapy centre. All practitioners at Massage by the Sea are fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapists holding a Diploma of Remedial Massage (DRM). Our massage therapists are all registered with The Australian Traditional Medicine Society (Shareen McLeish ATMS 9288) or other accredited natural health associations and are registered providers with the applicable private health funds.

A remedial massage therapist, Cuba is also trained in physiotherapy in Poland. With over 15 years of experience he uses a broad range of techniques. Our clients love him! You can find Cuba doing outdoors treatments at Wylie's Baths during the week as well as at our indoors Clovelly centre. His style is remedial and therapeutic and is also very experienced with pregnancy massage.
Our specialty, Remedial Massage, involves the manipulation of body muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments to relieve pain and injury. When muscles and tendons become damaged or impaired, knotted and tense or immobile, Remedial Massage provides a healing treatment that can be gentle or strong, deep or superficial.
Treatments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Gift voucher appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Not showing up for an appointment incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Note that we have two separate locations for our outdoor and indoor massages.

I highly recommend Massage by the Sea. I went for the first time today and had a full body massage with Sidney. I have a 7 months old baby and have been suffering back pain - Sidney gave me a warm welcome, perfect pressure and worked very well in the areas that I needed without telling her. Sidney was amazing and I will definitely be going back for a massage from Sidney.

Great service - I really enjoy going there and the staff are well trained and knowledgeable. I feel like they’re reading my body while massaging my muscles and start working on areas I didn’t even realise where also really tight. Wonderful experience every time I go. Highly recommended. And you can claim private health insurance benefits.

A great place to visit in the Eastern Suburbs for a massage. You can book a session online which is convenient. Staff are friendly and professional. After the massage you can claim your private health rebate and pay the difference. I’ve visited the new location twice this year and have been lucky to find parking close to the location. Highly recommended!
