I have known LAILA THAI MASSAGE professionally and personally over 4 years. They are an excellent and massage therapist both technically and intuitively. More recently I have been suffering from a very serious health issue and they have been instrumental in helping me with my pain and movement, hands down above anyone else. If you are on holidays I can highly recommend this shop If you are local I can highly recommend this shop for regular maintenance and management of issues.

Sadly both myself and my friend came away with aches and I have come up in a muscle tissue lump since the treatment. The massage was inconsistent, didn't focus on the key areas I had asked for and when I called to ask for the muscle lump to be massaged out I was told to go to a GP. This falls below my expectations of a Massage Centre- I wouldn't recommend this clinic nor return.

MY TREATMENT WAS FANTASTIC AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I got 90 min coconut oil massage with hot stone treatment. Clean environment with relaxing music. Excellent massage by experienced massage therapist. I had a several massages from different staff and all therapists asked me the few times throughout the massage if I was comfortable and if the pressure was ok. All therapists were friendly and good attitude. Thank you Laila the owner and the therapists for making the wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Below average service - I went for a 90 minutes remedial massage last week and ended up being almost sore. The masseuse didn’t change the pressure despite me telling her multiple times to go soft and not to use knee/elbow! The oil was excess and as expected it wasn’t properly cleaned. Usually, customers are asked at the start to understand what is required, which obviously didn’t happen and the masseuse just went on with the job, may be because I was the last customer for the day.
