If I could give it less I would.
I had to cancel my appointment approx 25 hours before my appointment, due to unforeseen commitments. I was greeted with nothing but judgement and rudeness from Maureen (presumably the receptionist for the Psychologist) before being hung up on.
I rang back due to the severe lack of understanding and compassion and felt it needed to be addressed that the service I received was horrid. I was then lectured about making and sticking to commitments by this woman. She was rude and came off very judgemental. After this interaction I was very anxious and upset, the thing

Kristy has the intellect of a bogan and charges $180 a session. She is always late, rude, looks at the clock and her phone during session, looks tired with no stamina. Just likes to gossip chat with her bogan clients. Appalling. They set the bar low for uni entrance and degrees these days hence why someone like her can be an overcharging psych but give you no value and make you feel worse. Disgusted by her lack of manners as well.
