Great communication! I found he was always quick to respond, gave clear info and I felt he was honest when answering questions and offering advice. He was able to organise inspections very quickly, was on time, didn't rush and provided time and space for independent inspection and reflection. Friendly and above and beyond service. We bought a block of land through Garry, right from the very first communication it was a delight dealing with him. He was always so friendly and easy to talk to, there were delays on our end with getting this sale through, but he never made us feel bad and was always understanding and made sure we got it over the line. Sold on the first day! When we purchased our first home Garry was fantastic in guiding us through the process and it was clear he genuinely had our best interests at heart. Attended an open house and looked around and took measurements, then went to put an offer into the principal real estate agent only to be told that the house was actually under offer and no more offers were being accepted. The agent was discussing his other properties with visitors so this open house was a complete waste of time for the 10 or so families that attended
