They are good at the start but don't care about service later on. We struggled to get them to do the right thing. They neglected our rental property, which meant we had to go check our property and then ask these guys to move the dead car off the lawn etc. They always said they did their inspections but I very much doubt it. I am glad we are done with them. All our dealings were with Chris Burrell, gave us a discounted commision rate but never knew it came at the cost of negligent service.

Our relationship extended as far as handing in an application for tenancy at one property and being rejected. Long-story-short, after much heated conciliation through the AHRC, I thought our relationship had finally ended and we could forget about our differences.
More than three years later, Chris Burrell - owner of Resipro - calls me out of the blue. He says one of his clients has told him of a negative review I had left on Yelp. Yelp refused to take it down so his last resort was to call me and ask if I would remove it. I said no so he threatened me with solicitors.
