Springwood Tower Apartment Hotel offers Permanent Rental Apartments for long stay guests. These Apartments range in size and majority are Fully Furnished however some Apartments are Unfurnished and pricing will reflect this. All Apartments contain Bedroom(s) with built-in wardrobes, open plan Kitchen, Lounge & Dining Areas, Main Bathroom (2nd Ensuite Bathroom in Two & Three Bedroom Apartments), Air-Conditioning, Laundry & Private Balcony.

We traveled together as 2 couples. The young lady at the reception Alleena was just lovely. Friendly and happy to help with all questions. Our rooms were just wonderful. The cleaners are doing such a great job. One room has a spa bath and the other was the ensuite. Large, roomy, clean and tidy. If you can't use a step in bath, this is not for you. They are the bath step in type showers. So if you have leg or hip problems could be a bit tricky. Very happy with our stay. It didn't worry us at this time of year, but in the hot months, it will be very hot and stuffy in the bedrooms. Winter and Autumn

Our guest room only had one air conditioner in the lounge room. There was no other air conditioners anywhere, none in the bedroom. The place was like a sanua. There was no dish stainer for drying clean dishes and the shower was extreme small, and no hand grab rails in the bathroom at all. There was no balcony furniture at all and the balcony was very dirty especially the floor. We asked for a one bedroom apartment. We got a 2 bedroom apartment with one bedroom locked.
