At Pymble Psychology we prefer to use evidence based approaches when providing psychological therapy. Evidence based means that there is scientific research that supports the therapy being used. The main approaches we like to use are detailed below. However, at Pymble Psychology we believe that 'we're all different', each individual is unique, and we therefore tailor our approach to your specific needs and issues.
Consultation fees at psychology practices are based on The Australian Psychological Society (APS) schedule of recommended fees. We are offering a new client offer of $200 per session ($70.45 out of pocket cost per session). If you are experiencing financial distress - we can offer a slightly reduced rate (refer below for financial distress conditions).
We have a great team of psychologists at Pymble, book any of our wonderful team. We have 5 locations with 20+ psychologists across Sydney and some of our psychologists can speak your language (if English is not your preferred language). When you come to see us, rest assured cost has been considered and hence we have reduced our normal rate to $150 for new clients.
Denise is an experienced child and adolescent psychologist specialising in autism intervention, psychotherapeutic interventions for teenage girls and psychoeducational assessment. She can help children, young people and their families with challenges relating to anxiety, depression, school stress, school refusal, interpersonal difficulties, grief, complex/ developmental trauma and behaviours and stress associated with ADHD and Autism.
At Pymble Psychology, we don't just help individuals we can also help relationships. Relationships are wonderful things, they allow us to have someone who we can love and support and allows us to feel loved and supported. But sometimes, when we are in a relationship we might not feel loved and supported and this can make us feel horrible.
