During Covid, the rental property market at Parramatta was dead quiet. Our long term letting agent suggested dropping the rent by $50 per week, still couldn't find a tenant for over four weeks. Despite that, we paid to advertise on Domain and Real Estate. The next step was to drop our rent further.

unscrupulous people I agree to stay 6 months and at the end when I decide to move after me contract ends they said I sign for 1 year . ...knowing that i was right and with the evidence they did not care, they wash their hands putting me with a different agency and never get back to me . taking my whole bond.

the most horrible experience ever, I rent a place for 6 months once I decided to move out at the end of the lease they change the whole thing saying that I signed for 1 year which wasn't true .we agree for 6 months.... and at the end of many emails and dealing with them . they took my entire bond...

Terrible, unscrupulous agency. I rented a place for two years through them, after them taking over from Ray White. My first experience was unprofessional communication saying I was behind in rent (I wasn’t). From then, the e relationship was fine, they did regular inspections (and commented how clean and well-kept the place was), even wrote me a letter of recommendation. Once I decided to move out at the end of a lease, they changed and took my entire bond and charged me extra rent (based upon unfair contract terms, and even after refusing to readvertise per the contract “because the owner

What a fantastic experience. We were given an honest appraisal and kept up to date through every part of the campaign. Dom was incredibly patient and understanding though every stage in the process and it was no surprise to achieve a great result in what was a tricky covid market. I couldn’t recommend D’Ettorre Real estate enough and what is regarded a stressful period was actually fun and exciting.

My room was infested with cockroaches. I had to leave because it was absolutely filthy. Someone stole my passport from my room whilst I lived there too. The guys who work at D'Ettore's insisted I was lying about the cockroaches and refused to give me any of my bond back as they said it was a key deposit not a bond.. Needless to say I didn't get my key deposit back despite returning my key... I am pursuing legal action against them. My advice? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
