I’ve been living in Australia for 8 years now and have had my fair share of real estate Agents; Vanessa has been the best among all of them. All repairs and maintenance at the rental property were handled in a professional and timely manner; and I had no issues at all. I recently had to move due to personal circumstances and the exit process, end of lease procedures, bond return, all of it was hassle free! We had a lovely and smooth experience renting through Vanessa and the staff at Changing Places. From the very first inspection, throughout the 3.5 years living in the same property, to the return of the keys at vacate, they provided professional service, were attentive to any issues that arose within the property and were friendly and approachable.

If you are a landlord and thinking of engaging with this company to rent your place, you are going to have a miserable experience.
Vanessa, who was the agent looking after my property, has been very unprofessional and non-responsive. I was lied to multiple times. And I am still after my compensation claims after 3 months the tenant left the house.

Vanessa has been one of the best property manager we've ever came across as tenants. We had to request a plumber couple of times to get our hot water system fixed in our apartment. She got it done within a few hours after request each time. Very responsive and professional, we have enjoyed having her as our property manager. Highly recommended.

No agent or tenant will ever be perfect but I have had many real estate agents in my 12 years of renting and Changing Places is one that I have been happy with. Covid has proved challenging for tenants and agents, especially so for Vanessa who has had to manage the company and portfolio all on her own for many months now.
So if you experience any delays with communication, just know that Vanessa is doing her utmost best and she will get back to you as soon as she can :-)
