I was recommended to Smile Solutions by another dental clinic as they could not fit me in such short notice. I was lucky enough to have a cancellation and they were able to squeeze in for an emergency issue. Casey and the dental assistant, were able to walk me thru my issue and resolve the matter to my liking. All the staff there were very professional, polite and sympathetic to my discomfort which was comforting to know I was in good hands. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommended!!!

Come back after 6 years and pleased. The team is pleasant to deal with. I was also satisfied with Dr James Van den Berg opinion. Have the treatment planned for June as that was the earliest available
appointment. Just hoping I can get an earlier appointment if there is a cancellation. Will also be booking a routine clean very shortly.

Amazing place highly recommend for a visit! As you walk in the door very comforting and cozy place the reception area and staff very kind and then the clean with Irene was amazing, very gentle and precise with clean and knowledgeable with the check up and plan on what was needed next! Again highly recommend very good place also got my bracers done here on level 12 which was also very well done and the view up there is a treat! 👌🏽💙

I have been attending the dental practice Smile Solutions in Melbourne CBD for many years. I find the practice to be highly efficient and friendly. As an older person I have needed more attention recently and they have been extremely helpful. There are varying levels of treatment available, depending on your problems and they always seem to meet my dental needs.

After it being a few years since my last check up, I was recommended Smile Solutions by a friend. Great experience from my first day, the staff are lovely, so helpful and professional. Dr Sylvia is fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable in the chair and talked me through each step of the filling process. Her assistants were great too! I would highly recommend going to Smile Solutions for all your dental needs.

I was that person who never goes to the dentist, traumatized from past experiences. NO LONGER! And all thanks to the amazing care I received from Dr Lucia and Dr Amina.
Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care and concern for me put me right at ease. They guided and educated me on how to properly care for my teeth and gums, how I can maintain a healthy mouth between visits, and at no point made me feel embarrassed or judged for the neglect I had been inflicting on my gums for years before the dental emergency that landed me in their care.

Visiting Smile Solutions as a patient is a very pleasant experience. Mal is my excellent dentist and She is so gentile in her manner and when doing her job, she makes me feel so relaxed. Her dental work has been excellent. Elizabeth is my Hygienist and has the same beautiful relaxing manner. She is so gentle you hardly know she's working in your mouth.
