The team at DGB were very helpful from the beginning. The quote and advice I received when they came to inspect my property was very helpful and thorough. I asked lots of questions and explored all options for installation. Amaar only recommended spilt systems that were necessary for the space and made sure I was aware of any additional costs associated with installs on older houses and uneven surfaces. Given the current restrictions, they were very flexible and accommodating. Even after the installation, Jack continued to follow up with me to ensure I was satisfied and that I had claimed the promotion

They attended my property and replaced parts as quoted with 1 year warranty. Everything is working fine. However, the day the technician attended my alarm system was still working. Only the day after did I realise my alarm system power had been cut. To my surprise when I spoke to the technician again he happily offered to reattend the next day.
He not only helped diagnose the issue with my alarm power adapter but also provided sources to obtain a new one.
Lovely customer service and would highly recommend.
