Myotherapy involves the assessment and treatment of myofascial pain, injury and dysfunction affecting movement and mobility. Myotherapy is applied in the preventative, corrective and rehabilitative phases of injury to restore and maintain the normal integrity of muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia of the human body.

I was recommended to see Andrew for a shoulder issue and, after 6 months I have seen a dramatic improvement in my mobility as well as in health issues that I was told would be with me forever. My overall health has been our focus and we even talk about internal stress and how it affects me physically. I am able to see a link and have taken positive steps in turning my health around. It’s been a life changer. The facilities are always immaculate, the team has always been so lovely and welcoming and on the odd occasion when I have taken my 2 and 4 year old in, they are so calm and comfortable.

I have had the best experience with Optimal Wellness. I walked in off the street expecting a quick adjustment for some temporary pain relief from my neck and back pain, symptoms of my chronic fatigue. Instead, Andrew sat me down and did a full assessment including scans, extensive background history and sending me off for x-rays which they booked for me the next day. Within two days I had a full picture of what was going on in my neck and back and Andrew had a detailed treatment plan that he immediately implemented.

As a long time carer for my disabled husband, I found myself often experiencing back pain and constantly catching every cold going around. At the suggestion of a friend, I visited Optimal Wellness Chiropractic Clinic (somewhat skeptically I must admit) for chiropractic care about 4 years ago and I'm so thankful I did. My back and overall health improved quickly and are kept in check with regular visits. The team at the clinic always fit me in at a moment's notice and always greet me with a smile. Andrew's treatments are spot on and well worth every cent!! The humour's not bad either!!!! Thanks

My family and I have been using this clinic for 8 years now - the staff (Andrew, Evelyn, Michelle and Emma!) are absolutely wonderful and they are always there to help. As a migraine sufferer it is amazing to be able to get an appointment at short notice suffering major pain and to leave the clinic with immediate relief! My children have been treated here since they were under a week old. And don't forget the massage services - Chloe is an amazing therapist as well!!

What a lovely experience,
I'd never been to see a chiropractor before, so I wasn't too sure what to expect. He listened to me!!!.
After many years of problems including fatigue caused by my issues, I've chosen this approach, and am very happy with my decision.
The staff are lovely and extremely friendly. I like their myotherapy services too.

I've been a patient of Optimal Welliness Chiropractic for 7 years and I've been very happy with their services. Andrew and the girls are wonderful, they treat my whole family like a member of their family.
Andrew has helped me so much with all my back and neck problems. Before seeing him my back was straight and painful now my back has a curve and feel fantastic. I truly recommend them. I give them 5 out 5. If you want to feel happy and healthy give them a go.

Andrew and the team are absolutely wonderful! You feel very welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. Their service is on a personal one on one basis which is fantastic. They look after you very well and couldn't recommend them any higher!! Certainly has started fixing the pain in my back I've had for years! All and all amazing business!
