AVOID! If I could give a zero star I would. I cant complain about the customer services because THERE IS NONE! It is absolutely the most frustrating company I have ever had to deal with.
I have consistently emailed and recontacted to get items printed with little to no response. They lose our artwork (which apparently is to stay on our account login but never has). I have tried to be patient and use these guys, however I am done. The frustration of not getting a damn response has me seeking an alternative printer. They used to be amazing, but the past 2 years, omg never again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I recently placed an order from Australian Trade Printers and have never been more disappointed and frustrated in dealing with a company. I have had to constantly email back and forth to try and get a delivery date as they take a LONG time to deliver. When my business cards arrived, they were absolutely disappointing. I could have printed better business cards if I printed them at home. I've emailed the lady (Lisa) and they admitted to the fault of their that it was not centered but it has been 5 days and they are ignoring my emails for a solution.
