Received the most horrible attitude I have ever experienced at any business today. I really hope it was just a worker and not the owner. Walked in for one of the businesses listed there; wasn’t sure if they all had the same owner or what but was very sarcastically told it was just a rented space. I’m very glad the business I deal with is just renting a space here because I would never want to do any business with that arrogant sarcastic guy.

Need to add another note and change my star rating down, I wrote the review because it always goes great but now I have waited 5 weeks for a simple quote they said we would have in November, still nothing.
Always does great work, we have 14 vehicles with vinyl and they got it right every time. Plus we order etched vinyl and they installed it on clear glass signs for our showroom, way cheaper and looks like real etching.

Horrible! They make trophies as well but if you have any questions about them don't go here! I was looking for a custom stand for a fantasy football trophy and the guy helping (if you want to call it that) was completely rude. He kept waving his hand every time I tried to explain what I was waiting. He seamed annoyed I was even in the store. Finally I said nevermind I'll go somewhere else and he replied ok and seamed pleased I was leaving. I have lived in this area for a long time and this company has a great reputation. I have been on many, many committees through the years with different organizations and SIGNSATIONAL is always our go to company. The guys are always very helpful and have a ton of experience. I don't think you will find anyone in The Woodlands area that is a longtime resident that wouldn't agree. Also, it's great because it truly is a one stop shop. I have had several signs made by Sensational Signs over the years both small and 4x8. Never had any real problems. They always worked with me to get the best product and would do just about anything I wanted. Sometimes it took several iterations and time to get just the right sign, font and wording, but they never hesitated. They would suggest cheaper or better methods to accomplish what I wanted. I thought their prices were the best I could find. I have no problem recommending this place to my friends.

I would give this company a negative star rating if I could. I made a phone call to the company to ask a question, the guy was extremely rude. I simply asked if they actually sold sign supplies or just built the signs, his reply to me was "how many times do I have to say it", I can not believe he thinks this is the way to speak with anyone. His tone in itself was enough to make me never want to even mention this place to anyone. Terrible customer service.
