Todd became an Accredited Specialist in Family Law in 2015. This award is granted by the Law Society of New South Wales, and only to the small group of family lawyers who pass its rigorous assessment process. It is a good objective indicator of the quality of a family lawyer. Other family lawyers may tell you that they specialise in family law, but if they haven't passed the Law Society's test then they are not accredited specialists.

Todd Street Lawyer was established in 2013. We are based in Thornton, New South Wales, and we service Thornton, the Hunter and surrounding areas. An excellent lawyer does not finish learning when they receive their law degree. They are a life-long learner, committed to keeping up with and ahead of emerging trends in the law.
Todd Street became a lawyer in 2006. Initially, he worked for a Newcastle-based firm in general practice, before joining a long-established and prestigious law firm operating in the Newcastle area in early 2011. He spent two years working with and learning from some of Newcastle's best and most experienced lawyers.

Todd represented me when I was in dispute with my ex about our children. He represented me again later on when my ex and I were negotiating a property settlement, and helped me to reach a settlement at mediation. He then prepared a Will, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship for me and my wife.
