I had the worse experience purchasing a home with Jacqui as my conveyancer and solicitor. I bought an off-the-plan property. Terms of initial contract were poor and she did not advocate for us. Once the property was complete and ready for settlement, there were delays due to her poor communication. I have moved in for 8 weeks and still have not received my settlement statement! I have called her multiple times and left messages but she does not return my calls. She does not deserve her previous 5 star rating and I would discourage anyone from using her services.

I was attempting to get a contract reviewed at the last minute prior to an auction and to get advice on a rather weird contract situation. Jacqui was the only person who responded from a bunch of companies I contacted willing to help. Jacqui got in contact with me on a Saturday morning and ran through the contract, gave me great advice, and eased my major concern I was having around some wording of terms. Highly recommend and very personable.
