Just sending an email to let you all know how amazing your installation team for Air Conditioners are.
They were so respectful, helpful, cheerful and left my home in perfect condition. When I came home from work on the Friday afternoon after they had competed the installation I would not have known that they had even been to my home. The only thing that told me that they had been was the new control panel on the wall in the hall!
I would also like to thank the installation team and all the other staff who we have dealt with in regards to keeping our old air conditioner ‘alive’ for as long

When I received a quote from Coles Refrigeration for the repairs to my air-conditioner, I was struck by the cost of a fan motor that needed to be replaced. So I researched prices online and discovered the same model fan was being sold for considerably less. I emailed the technician immediately in the hope that he could persuade Coles to give me a discount on their price.
Not long after, the same day, I received a phone call from the Coles technician who said he'd be pleased to match the price from the other supplier. He then said, "You do realise that the price quoted by Coles was for two fan

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to your staff for the excellent service I received today.
I was having troubles with my Hiace Refrigerated Van, and I needed to get it fixed today.
I called several local companies who all said no, however one said give Coles Air a call, they should be able to help.
I called your office, and got a lovely, helpful receptionist (sorry I don’t remember her name). She said the manger I needed to speak to wasn’t at his desk, but she took my name and number and said he would give me a call.
I was called back by Frank shortly after

I have Used Coles refrigeration for over 30 years.
In my USA car conversion business they Re gassed Air conditioners for me and diagnosed and repaired all sorts of Air Conditioner related issues.I found them to be so professional and knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
Prior to finding Coles I used other businesses and had some failures due to important things being missed like the correct compressor oil level,so when I say Coles were thorough this is the kind of thing that the technicians from Coles did not miss.
So using Coles for me meant no comebacks.
So naturally when I decided to Air
