Golden Touch Productions is made up of highly skilled, trained and committed wedding photographers and videographers. Wedding Photography is not just a job for us. It is about capturing your special moments that will last a lifetime. There is nothing more beautiful than looking back on old photos and reminiscing on events that have a large impact on our lives.
This is an agreement between the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as ('Customer') and by SERS HOLDING PTY LTD ACN: 121 044 684 trading as GOLDEN TOUCH PRODUCTIONS hereinafter referred to as ('the Company').
The customer agrees to meet with the Company's director and/or its representative(s) at least seven (7) days prior to the event date in order for the customer to provide clear instructions on the addresses and details to all event locations, special requests and times of separate events.The First Payment (specified under 'Package Price') must be paid by the customer at the time of booking and on the date of the making of this Agreement.

I am so happy that we chose Golden Touch Productions to capture our wedding photography and videography. The team was amazing, they made us all feel so comfortable they captured so many emotions naturally. Their package was really good, best I had found and their service was overall unreal.
Everyone has been blown away with our same day edit and we can't wait for the rest! Thank you! :) As my partner said, there is a reason why they are called golden touch.

We were referred to this company for videography, through a friend and also trusted the 5/5 reviews and seen their work on social media, which of course looks amazing.
Unfortunately, maybe because we didn’t spend a significant amount or we were not a couple of status etc. we didn’t seem to get the 5/5 customer service or 5/5 quality.
Film crew on the day - 3/5.
Had some feedback about how 1 out of the 2 videographers spoke dismissively to my guests at the grooms house.
Videographer for bridal house was excellent.
Collection of USB was handled poorly, an appointment was set and once we

People shouldn't listen to everything they hear on TV, they should be mature enough to know how much the media hype everything up and make false claims about people which could destroy people mentally and even lead to sad circumstances which I'm sure no one would like to be the cause of so before attacking and expressing opinions about something you dnt have full facts on should make people think twice about saying anything.
I know these people and company and know how wonderful they are and would not do anything to harm anyone so before pointing fingers at something someone has not done how about

After years of working with and becoming extremly good friends with the team at Golden Touch and many many other Production/Photography/Video companies, i urged my own Sister to leave her special day in the hands of Golden Touch Productions. Very Professional, AMAZING quality, Not overpriced, and MOST IMPORTANTLY (something brides and grooms dont usualy take into consideration), they make sure the day flows smooth and everything runs on time. Will definetley continue recomending these guys to everyone and hopefully have them at my own wedding soon. ❤❤❤
