Family owned & operated with over 20 years experience in the catering industry, we take pride in what we do & only use quality award winning ingredients- Byron Bay Pork Co., Premium aged beef, Tasmanian lamb & Free Range Chicken. We come to your venue with all our own cooking equipment, set up, prepare, cook & serve your menu for guaranteed quality & freshness.

Fresh thyme infused gravy, the choice of four vegetables or three salads & freshly baked dinner rolls with butter portions. Golden roast potato or jacket potato with sour cream & chives or chat potato with garlic parsely butter, roast pumpkin, honey glazed carrots, fresh corn on the cob in butter or baby peas.
Slow cooked Byron Bay Pork Co. pork with our smoky bbq sauce, premium aged beef with our thyme infused gravy, freshly baked mixed selection bread rolls, our famous coleslaw with apple cider dressing, chunky cut fries with aoli, tomato & bbq sauce. Freshly prepared & cooked at your venue by our friendly chef for guaranteed quality and served buffet style on our black clothed tables with salt & pepper.
Lightly crumbed salt & pepper calamari, vegetable spring rolls, samosas, tempura fish & herb crumbed chicken wedges with assorted dipping sauces served on our rustic wooden platters. Byron Bay Pork Co. pork belly- crunchy crackle on top with melt in your mouth pork underneath with our famous smoky bbq sauce served on our rustic wooden platters.

We had Sean and the team from Carve It Up Catering cater a gourmet taco bar for our wedding reception on the 5th October 2019 and it was absolutely perfect. Delicious food that everyone loved, affordable options, and a professional, friendly and easy to deal with team! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing catering!

Gourmet burger buffet for 65 Jess and Marie were excellent, they kept me calm, were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The food they served was excellent and my guests raved about it especially the chips! Thank you so much! I do not hestitae in recommending them and will use them again if I have the chance!

We arranged Sean and Denise to cater for our sons 21st and can highly recommend them. They arrived early and set up and started cooking straight away. Our guests were ready to eat at about 7 o’clock and most people went back for seconds. Everyone loved the tacos and clean up was easy. Thanks Carve it up catering.
