The staff at the bridal company were all amazing, professional and very friendly. My consultant was Irina and she was absolutely adorable. My wife came into this store in early November for our wedding in late December and they were simply professional, helpful and fabulous. We were able to get a dress organised for her in time. Rochelle was great and assisted my wife from the very beginning to the end and made wedding dress shopping that much less stressful. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Just came from our appointment and while the dresses were quite nice the staff were rather tactless and it left a bitter taste in the mouths of my bridal party.
One of my beautiful bridesmaids was called "big" by one of the attendants helping her try on dresses. (The straps weren't sitting right and weren't pinned and the staff member said it's because "she's a bit big".)This amazing young woman has been battling cancer and is on steroids that affect her weight and she did not need to hear this on a rare day out. I wanted her to feel nothing but beautiful and this staff member made all of us uncomfortable

Couldn’t recommend this business more highly!! Rochelle was such a great help! When we were 10 minutes late to our first appointment, she was so helpful with being able to fit in 5 dresses for me to try on, and she actually picked the dress I ended up choosing in the end!
Im a very indecisive person, and she was so patient with me, especially when I couldn’t decide which length of veil I wanted haha!

Every time I have been to this shop whether it’s with my mum to find a dress my bridesmaids, my mother-in-law or me to find a last minute wedding dress the staff have been nothing but fantastic.. they all seam to really know what they are doing and really take the time to help you find the dress that you love and you feel comfortable in. They have a massive range of dresses in all sizes and shapes and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed if you shopped here!

Highly recommended this store. All the girls made our visit from North Brisbane so worth the drive for my daughters formal dress. She was made feel like a princess trying on several dresses. Even made Mum feel… welcomed. This would have to be the best store for formal, Wedding gowns & Bridesmaid dresses. we will definitely come back as well as recommend this business to all in Brisbane. This store & staff are by far the best in Qld for formal wear with a huge range to try on in store. A lot of business here in Brisbane are all order online or have limited stock or having an appointment

Called a few months in advance as I was recommended this store for evening and formal dresses and I wanted to be sure it wasn't only bridal stuff. Only to find out that its mostly what they do and was lied to over the phone.
Went to a few shops this day to try to find dresses, we rang the bell for our appointment only to be asked who we are then have the door closed on us while she went to check we had an appointment. After being invited in we were left in the doorway and the attendant walked away, we began to browse the rack next to

I had a wonderful experience at The Bridal Company, especially with my sales consultant Alex. I went to a few bridal stores and she was by far the best consultant. She was honest, made me feel comfortable, was genuine, was caring and made it a fun stress-free experience. I really appreciated her follow up call the following day and her quick responses to my emails. I found a dress elsewhere that rivaled the one in this store but what made me choose The Bridal Company was Alex. The customer service she provided was excellent. Definitely recommend this store!!
