My father took his Toyota Yaris here, nIt had an intermittent engine problem resulting in loss of power. Been using Burgess Automotive for the past 3 years and have found them to be efficient and thorough with their work. Not your traditional mechanics experience as Mark is straight up with what needs doing.

Fantastic service with a great price. Mark is an excellent owner/operator and extremely experienced technician. He brings the latest tools and equipment to his facility to properly diagnose and solve troublesome vehicle problems. I have witnessed a few other technicians come into his shop seeking assistance and Mark was able to resolve the issues.

We had Burgess Automotive looking after our Hyundai Iload Van, we spent $9000 over 9 mths on Marks recommendation on repairs needed. After all the work done we drove 800kms, the van stopped with the engine seized. He would not accept any responsibility for he's work or advice, I would not let him touch any of my vehicles again...

Went in for a road worthy check.
Went to execute the items he listed, they were already in great condition. Used to be a car mechanic years ago and know what is what...
Went to confront him i got an aggressive person who didn't want to deal with me anymore.
I would suggest if things seem dodgy, second guess this place!

After 6 months of taking my car to mechanics to find out why it kept intermittently losing power, i finally found Mark and he found the problem straight away. He went over the whole car and gave me a list of other issues that needed fixing. He fixed all of them for a very reasonable price and i couldnt be happier because my car runs perfectly now. Cannot recommend him enough.

We have been getting an Audi Q7, Ford XR6 and Toyota Landcruiser ute serviced at Burgess Automotive for three years. Some of the servicing has involved highly technical problems which Mark was able to resolve at reasonable cost. It is a one-stop facility for mechanical, electrical and roadworthy tasks. We highly recommend this business.
