THE NEW OWNER takes money and then denies knowing a Customer whose Service books Tell the story of Many years of Exclusive Service years taking money, a simple tighten up of previous non Torqued work in excess of $3,900. They said they did it. Peddars said it was all still loose. DO NOT USE Bad vibe when owner comes in as well. Might be ok for oil changes. Might.

My BMW X5 wouldn't start . On a Saturday in Kyneton. John arranged for it to be picked up.The repair was complex and I asked for more items to be repaired.Nothing was a problem ,The work was as quoted even though they went beyond when things got difficult.James and and Varu gave excellent service.Freindly and astute.
There were no surprises with the bill.It was pleasing to get honest genuine service..

The guys at Northern BM are friendly, efficient, competent and competitively priced. Somehow a small scratch occurred inside the cabin of my BMW 5-Series during the service - the team took responsibility and got it fixed professionally by a third party. Had taken my bmw there to get a debilitating ecu issue fixed. The whole process was relayed to me and of any changes that had to be made, very attentive and always kept me in the loop. Did an outstanding job with the repairs and i haven't had any problems at all. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their car fixed as the quality of service and response is outstanding.

This is the best BMW service I've ever had. Service was spot on, well informed, the issues were rectified. Better still, issues that I thought no one can fix (BMW Melbourne, BMW Doncaster, and a good friend of mine), Lee somehow resolved it.
Most impressively, Lee is knowledgeable, honest and punctual. Got the car exactly the time they promised me (washed) and paid exactly what was quoted despite I called Lee every hour to add things onto the list.
No surprises and being reasonable are something BMW owners don't normally enjoy!

I have owned BMW cars for over 15 years and used a variety of dealers and workshops. Recently I tried Northern BM and was very pleasantly surprised with the friendly, efficient and effective service I received. As an added bonus the cost was very nicely lower than the previous well known BMW service shop I had been using. My second visit was as good as the first so I am very happy to recommend Lee and his team and will certainly continue to go there myself.
