Castle Legal is a boutique legal practice. Our specialty is solving commercial problems and helping to plan successful business and personal futures. In 2008, Jenny Hamley, director of Castle Corporate, decided that her clients would benefit from having additional legal support for their formation needs.
Castle Legal will provide a costs agreement and disclosure statement where the cost of services exceeds $750 (including GST). If during the course of the matter it appears that the costs will exceed our original estimate, you will be notified in writing and we will provide you with a revised estimate.
When you require something out of the ordinary, whether it is formation work that requires a tailored deed, or legal work that requires a company formed, we can provide you with seamless, prompt support. In addition, Castle Corporate's constitutions and deeds are drafted by Castle Legal, thus ensuring that they are written in plain English and structured to best meet our clients' needs.
