My daughter went there today, absolutely disgusted with the service, removed his own mask while working on her so he can talk, his spit was going in her mouth, made her feel super self conscious about her decision with the work being done by orthodontis
X-rays provided to him from 1 week prior and he still wanted to take X-rays and charge her!
Never go back to this place again!

The dentist I saw here spent less than 10 minutes cleaning my teeth once he learned I was from interstate and would not be a repeat customer. I was then overcharged and it took almost a month of follow up and a second visit to the clinic to obtain a refund with no apology for the inconvenience. Avoid this place if you can.

Went there and they told me I needed to have my tooth pulled out "or it would fall out in about 6 to 12 months on its own"
Obviously this was stressful and caused a panic. Aside from the financial fees of this which were extravagant, the psychological damage here was horrendous.
Thankfully I waited until I returned home as I was planning to travel there anyway and I got a second opinion from my local dentist.
He told me with absolute certainty that my tooth was perfect and DID NOT ACTUALLY NEED TO BE REMOVED.
I went to a specialist to get his opinion just in case,
He confirmed
