Great real estate company. Tony was welcoming, understanding, honest, and worked with us through several pre-settlement inspections. He also gave us a nice restaurant voucher; although, you pay significant amount of money for a property these days, it was nice to see professional and kind behaviour.
Most importantly, I think, unlike most agents, Tony was OK and understanding with the fact that at the time we didn't have any preapproval as banks really take long these days.

Tony acted pretty poor at managing our house. He told us the tenants haven't kept the property well. However, he failed to report anything major in the final inspection. It cost us over +6k to repair everything including repainting the whole place. There were visible patching jobs everywhere in the house he failed to write into his report.
All he did in the end is to encourage us to take the tenant to the tribunal. I absolutely have no idea what he is thinking.
Avoid him if you can.

Tony and his team have managed our property for several years now and we are very impressed. It is a challenging job, but they always calmly provide a great service to landlords, with excellent communications, often working after hours, and regularly going out of their way to do extra work themselves to keep costs under control, which is greatly appreciated. Maintenance is low stress as Tony has affiliations with very competent tradespeople who provide real value for money and quality workmanship. П❎Not well organised, stuff all work different and give me different instructions. We received a house with not good condition, but the condition report is looking very good,not been updated. carpet was not cleaned but they asked me to steam clean the carpets when we move out, so I ask for the receipt of the previous tenants carpets clean, they provide a fake receipt as picture. They said they will check the house once every 3 months, but only check once during the year. They were not trained properly, and certainly not care about the job. Highly not recommended.
