We recently sold our property through Wright Dunn real estate We had a complex sale as there were several properties being sold together. Peter Andrighetto Was the only agent he was confident he would get the price we were asking. In fact he got us a little more than we were asking. WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL TENANTS
I was a tenant in one of their rental homes for about a year. Appalling safety conditions, literal holes in the floor, mould throughout the house; I could go on for hours about the poor condition of the house. It was really the renting experience from hell.
Wright-Dunn/the landlord consistently refused to repair any of the damage or reduce rent to match the abhorrent condition of the property, despite knowing about the damage for (at least) three years prior. I would recommend everyone, particularly students and young workers, seek legal advice from the tenants

I have rented twice now through Wright Dunn and have never had any issues with the staff. They have always been polite, friendly and quick to action any issues I have had with the properties rented. Ash has been great in responding to the problems I have encountered in my current property and has worked hard to resolve them as soon as possible.

I seldom write reviews but felt compelled to acknowledge Wright Dunn real estate for the excellent management I have experienced with them over the last 15 years. The agency owners and their capable staff have assisted me with my property purchases, sales and also leasing in both residential and commercial. Living interstate I rely on their advice and follow up to address any issues with tenants or property, rent collection and also receive a monthly newsletter keeping me up to date with the Canberra market.
