I utilise a range of models including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person Centred therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt therapy, Sandplay/Symbol therapy and Expressive Art Therapy.
Through using such an integrative approach I can assist people to identify their needs as well as express and process their emotions in ways that best suit them. I have specialised in relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety and social/spiritual alienation. I offer both individual and couples counselling.
