FRHL made the first home buying process a breeze for me, particularly as someone who didn't understand a lot about the process. We had some hiccups regarding building delays but this did not impact the service. David even took the time to come over and go through the mortgage documents with me and was fantastic at communicating and problem solving. After several attempts at trying to refinance being told what we wanted to hear and then it all falling apart at the end we decided to try again with David at fast repay home loans. I can happily say that this time we have successfully refinanced with the help of David, Susan and the fast repay home loan team.
