Services
Part of the journey in creating The Yoga Space has been creating a team of amazing people, and also growing our family. Each person who walks through our door becomes a part of us and this is what makes what we're doing so special. It goes beyond our vision, and makes us feel a special part of this community.
We offer classes for all ages and experience. We are unique in that we have small class sizes (maximum 10) to provide individual attention. It's yoga you can feel, come along and feel how you are designed to feel. Japanese Yoga balances Yin & Yan and Strength & Flexibility. The style of yoga follows the principals of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the 5 element theory and it helps you to reconnect to the cycles within nature & seasons.
We have considered every detail in our studio to calm and ground you the minute you walk through our door. Our studio is full of beauty and peace, perched up on the hill between North Curl Curl and Dee Why. From our blue hand painted wall mandala, to the indigo blue cushions, fabrics and lush flooring, there is a sense of home and relaxation that will allow everyone to immediately land on their mat and find an inner sanctuary.
Beth is a registered Remedial Massage Therapist (health fund rebates available). Her extensive knowledge of anatomy, and mechanics of how the body moves, not only allows her to treat muscular problems, but to also help you understand how to prevent future injury and correct posture and muscular imbalances.
We all seem to live such fast paced, jam-packed, busy lives nowadays, so now more than ever do we all need time to switch off from technology and work and duties and take time to return home into our bodies. Our in-studio weekend retreats and intensive weeks will give you a renewed sense of energy and bring endless benefits to yourself and all those in your life.

I have been attending Beth's classes for some time now and am always impressed by the level of personal attention she gives each and every person in the class, regardless of how many people are in attendance. I have had quite a few injuries (hip and neck) and this style of yoga is both safe and helpful. I am so excited about this beautiful new space she has created, it has such a great feel to it. I went to class this morning tired, stressed and with a headache and came out an hour later, relaxed and refreshed- what more can you ask for from a yoga studio?
