Services
Clients come to me seeking massage therapy because they experience tension, discomfort or are in need of some self-care. My aim is to help you identify the source of tension, whether it is a physical or emotional tension and together we start your journey to recovery. I help you become aware of your body, understand what your body is telling you and teach you techniques to reduce muscle tension.
I specialise in treating more than just the physical body, therefore, I might work on your energy system to assist with muscle release. Each treatment is designed to be relaxing, yet effective, and create a feeling of nurture and care. I have a gentle holistic approach focusing on the edges of the muscle before releasing the body of the muscle.
As an intuitive and experienced healer, I combine a range of healing modalities that will best suit your needs. My main goal is to help your energy field find balance by clearing stagnant and negative energy. I will work on grounding, assessing and balancing. We can also look for stuck trauma, that is trauma that has been caught somatically or energetically and that might still be troubling you.

Our mind is such an incredibly powerful tool. Often we do not give it a break from continous activity. Mediation is a fantastic tool to allow our brain to disconnect from the everyday mind activity it does. We can learn to let go of emotions, become more patient and feel more relaxed and connected with our own body.
