I have been in email contact the past few weeks. Daikin A/C (with 5yr warranty) installed in our property failed in just over a year. Daikin representative came out and said it was not covered as poor installation led to the failure. Temper Troops would not cover repairs as they said it was installed over a year ago.

Highest of high recommendation for the Temper Troops Air Conditioning team. I had ducted air con installed through my whole home and I couldn’t be happier. To my delight my experience was trouble free from start to finish. All staff were professional and courteous, price was great, Daikin aircon unit and they cleaned up after themselves when leaving. After many disappointing experiences with various trade people of late it was a refreshing change to have such a professional team to complete the work. Thank you Temper Troops.

Excellent communication, turned up on time (somewhat rare these days) and did an excellent job. Whole process was quite painless. A supervisor turned up a few days prior to discuss installation options and when the techs arrived they knew where everything needed to go. Could not be happier, absolutely recommend to anyone looking for AC installation.
