We obtained 3 quotes and are so happy we chose Redsell. Greg did our quote and was hands down the most professional salesman we’ve dealt with. He listened to what we needed, how we use our air conditioner and explained what he thought would suit us best for our new ducted system. My father is an ex air con mechanic of 40 years and so I wasn’t someone who could be bluffed with “sales” talk, though I needn’t have worried as Redsell were very honest with their quote and recommendations. At no time was I told there was going to be a $190 CALL OUT FEE for them to do exactly NOTHING! Try hey spun my wife a tale that I had agreed to pay. NOPE! The unit in question was old and I would not have agreed to pay $190 on the off chance it could be rescued! Enjoy the $190 you pack of thieves!

These guys installed a new ducted system for us this week after our old system died just before Christmas. From the punctual arrival time & until the finish of the job the guys were all professional & very friendly & courteous. Redsell made time the same day as I called to come out and look at our air conditioner. They fixed it with a spare part on the spot and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were very polite, friendly and totally at ease with our family dogs. I'll definitely call them again when our air conditioner needs replacing!
