Frank Newnham, Founder and CEO of Newnham Constructions, has been in the building industry for 40 years and is a third-generation family builder, so you might say building is in his blood. In the early 1960s Frank's grandfather, Kevin Newnham, built properties in Sydney. Carrying on the tradition, Frank's father, Reginald, became a builder too, building properties all along the east coast of Australia in the 1970s.
Then, at the tender age of 15, Reginald put Frank to work as his apprentice carpenter and the rest, as they say, is history. In 1985 Frank and his family moved to the Gold Coast where he officially started Newnham Constructions. Since then, Newnham Constructions have provided great versatility in construction throughout Queensland, building everything from standard extensions to one-off exclusive homes of stunning style, quality and finish.
