Look im gonna be honest, the first service they did my car came back running well, 2 days later oil started leaking but they fixed it very promptly. After this i was happy with the service. The second time i took my car in it did have an issue that wasnt a result of their service, alas, i dropped it off, they said the egr was blocked, they cleaned it out and said the car is now driving well. Took it for a drive, i couldnt go over 40 and was merging on to a motor way. Took the car back in for the same problem it sat there for a day and i wasnt called to be told when they would fix it, the second

I had initially booked in with the team at Genesis Autoworks for a general service. Nick was responsive, thorough, quick and provided the uttermost care. The service was a fair price and I had my car back in a timely manner.
As I was happy with my initial service, I went on to have my car fitted with new tires and a lift. Nick was knowledgeable with his recommendations and provided a quotation with a fair price. Not only was the pricing fair, Nick & team had completed the works much sooner than expected & did a really great job at transforming the car into exactly what we had in mind.

I can't thank Nick and his team enough for servicing my 15 year old Toyota Yaris with all the love and care in the world. I've kept my car in excellent condition and maintained services as required, however, Nick was able to pick up and fix a couple of issues that other service providers hadn't, which means I won't have major problems down the track. Genesis Autoworks delivered my car back to me in record time for an excellent price. I've found my new car servicing team for sure! I highly recommend!

Feels like a new car again!! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Nick is a genuine guy and goes out of his way to help you out. I’ve always dreaded taking my car to get serviced at a mechanic as it always feels like you can’t really trust their advice and my experience today couldn’t be more opposite to that! Genesis Autoworks, we're fantastic to deal with! I recently was in an incident, and repairs weren't properly (FROM ANOTHER SHOP). Nick from Genesis is an absolutely amazing mechanic! I have brought 3 of my families cars there for RWC, services and engine light issues and he has resolved all of them. He always manages to fit me in last minute and is such a friendly guy. The prices are definitely competitive. 110% recommend Genesis Autoworks for anyone needing an easy going, friendly mechanic that won't rip you off and will get the job done!
