Thought I'd try these guys, what a mistake.... Well I just noticed that things went missing from my center console... It's not the value of the items, its the principle. No words..... They went out of their way to send my parts back to the supplier because they were too slack to to do the job they promised and lied about it. None of my friends will ever use your shop and neither will I. First impressions count, so when they called to say we couldn't be bothered to do your car I knew this was the wrong place for me.

Lance and the team are always fair and friendly. We have our BMW and MINI serviced by the guys there and have always had excellent service. As a female I have encountered mechanics talking down to me but Lance is so friendly and talks to me the at the same level as my husband. On a number of occasions they have gone above and beyond for us to help us out.

Great service at very reasonable prices. Car is running better than ever. Car had been serviced only a couple of months ago at another shop claiming to be a bmw specialist who failed to diagnose a couple of issues which snowballed into something bigger. The guys at Brisbane Motor Works quickly identified the problems and had me back on the road quickly with the car running better than ever. Only place I’ll bring my 2 cars now and wish I’d discovered them earlier.

Lance and the team at Brisbane Motor Works do an amazing job on all my race cars and my road cars. The service is outstanding and the Knowledge they have in BMW's and Mini's is comprehensive. This is a very solid well-run business that cares about relationships with their clients and potential clients. Having been stuffed around for over a week between 3 different specialists, it became very apparent that Brisbane Motor Works was a cut above. They spent time diagnosing the issue that was confirmed as being only something the… manufacturer could assist with. They did not charge for the time and were very helpful in critiquing the advice provided. Whilst I have never formally been a customer of the business the experience I had was high quality. I look forward to my regular service

Had a bad experience with both Brisbane BMW fortitude valley and Brisbane motor works.
All I needed done was for my X6 engine oil change done, and it took me 3 goes to fix the issue.
First go was to the BMW fortitude valley dealership, booked for fast service(should be done within 2hrs) when I got there, was quoted by Scott Myers it would cost me $550, sounded pricey to me, but I had the day off so whatever, then rang me 5 minutes later and said price is now $650 because they also need to change the oil filter. OK, fine, as long as you get it done. Waited 1.5hr in Newsatead and rang them, he

Sensational diagnostics and service. These guys are so professional. my local BMW specialist is good at general servicing but I had a series of errors that they could not workout. They blamed their diagnostic tools and claimed that BMW did not provide the tools for them to fully analyse this issue. They suggested I take the 3 series to a BMW dealer… to revciew. I took the car to Brisbane Motor Works, within 15 minutes that had diagnosed the problem and quoted for the repair which I might add they completed in two hours. My car was back on the road working like a well oiled machine. Thanks

Lance and his team at Brisbane Motor Works are superb. His shop was recommended to me by a trusted member of the BMW Club QLD and I have not been disappointed. I've been using Brisbane Motor Works for several years now and I can honestly say I've never had a more knowledgeable or trustworthy group of mechanics. Several issues which I though sounded… horrible, turned out to be super cheap to fix ($50 or free). And on the rare occasion when something expensive needed to be done I knew I could trust their opinion and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride. I highly recommend these guys

I am as surprised as the last commenter to see negative feedback here about this company. As a member of the BMW car club in Brisbane, I had heard great things about this company from other members, and found that out for myself first hand today when the transmission started slipping in my E46 BMW coupe. I took it to Brisbane Motor Works, and they put it straight on the hoist and diagnosed it quickly. I was expecting it to be terminal, however Lance and the boys told me it simply needed flushing, new fluid and a filter.

I have been taking my car to Brisbane Motor Works for over 2 years since I have bought my first bmw. The shop provides excellent service, and the staff are very friendly. I have never had any issues getting things done at the shop and neither have the other people who I have referred. Keep up the good work!
