With thirty one full-service dental facilities in ten major population centres in Queensland, Sydney and Adelaide, it is easy to find affordable quality dental care near to your home or work.
General dentistry covers a wide range of treatments designed to detect and treat common dental problems. Treatments include your regular dental exams and more advanced procedures such as tooth extractions and root canal therapy. We like to see everyone at six monthly intervals, and it is worth you attending even if your teeth seem strong and healthy and problem-free.
Dentures are removable appliances to replace one or more missing teeth, or all the teeth in your upper or lower jaw. Dentures that replace just one or more teeth are called partial dentures, while dentures replacing all your teeth are called full or complete dentures. Denture teeth are usually made from plastic or porcelain and are attached to a pink gum coloured acrylic base.
Certain situations qualify as a dental emergency and these include knocking out or dislodging a tooth, having a bad toothache or facial swelling and bleeding in the mouth that will not stop. If you have chipped a tooth or lost a filling, or have damaged a dental appliance, then you will still need treatment but it should not require emergency dental care.
