My daughter had a crippling fear of dental clinics that resulted in anxiety breakdown to the point of retreating into herself with silence and tears. Completely incapable of talking. This was due to a terrible first experience…
Today however, with Hannah and Dexter (the gorgeous therapy canine friend), my daughter found herself with a full check up, clean and X-ray. The only tears shed today were my own.
I felt relief, joy and thankfulness that my daughter was able to finally have a positive dental experience.

Absolute worst. After 15 mths, paying $400 to have "records taken", and multiple phonecalls following them up, I still don't even have a quote and my son is another year older and worse off. And I'm now hearing I'm not the only one. Waste of money and time. Went to another dentist and got a quote/treatment plan the same day for half the price for the appointment I paid at KIDS.

What a wonderful practice. For parents out there looking for a children friendly dentist who will calm them and make a wonderful experience for little people, this is the place. We have tried other dentists for our children which were too traumatic. This practice took the trauma away and created a safe environment !!!! Amazing dentist. Thank you

Would highly recommend Dr Paul Tran, he not only saved me a trip to brisbane (went to rural view and Walkerston dentist and they told me the only place that could fix my kids teeth was in Brisbane) luckily got another opinion from these guys and Paul Tran was fully capable to do it right in Mackay at the matar, he showed a lot of care and concern from start to finish, even ringing up on the weekend to check up on her, would never take my kid to any other dentist.
