I was so overwhelmed and nervous walking in to my first consultation ever to look at wedding dresses though the whole experience was very easy and laid back. I found the perfect beautiful dress without any pressure on buying one at all! before you know it, I said yes to my dress!

Marie has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to recommending gowns to suit each bride. She made myself and my family feel very welcome and was very respectful of my budget and honest in her recommendations. I wanted simple but elegant and found the perfect dress at Wendy's studio - Watter's Coralie. It is a bridesmaid's dress but done in ivory it is just perfect as an understated but elegant wedding dress. And this prevented me spending an exhorbitant amount on a dress which is only worn once. I feel I can wear the Coralie in future as a formal dress without it looking out of place at all.

Marie was fantastic. I walked in with a dress style in mind, however Marie forsore that the dress type wouldn't suit my body shape. She grabbed some dresses she thought would flatter my body and she was spot… on. She was very calm and professional and made me feel very comfortable when trying the dresses on. I loved her approach to being really open and letting me explore the type of dress I'd like to wear. She was even very understanding of my mum who can be rather blunt (haha) and did a great job keeping her happy. I'd definitely recommend Bella Donna for any bride. Thanks so much Marie

I'm a country girl that was very overwhelmed coming to Brisbane to find my wedding dress. I had gone to one other store and nothing felt right. I walked into Bella Donna anf was greeted by the lovely Marie and she turned my whole day around. Marie helped me pick out dresses and suggested dresses I never thought I'd like. The first dress Marie put… me in which was one of her picks had me in tears of joy. Marie is so kind and supportive. I never knew I could look that beautiful in a dress. Amazing experience here today with Marie (I feel like I may have got that wrong ). I am an extremely organised bride however as a result can come off as being pushy - I browsed the Belladonna and Watters websites extensively choosing which gowns I wanted to try and emailed a list the night before. When I arrived they were all ready in the fitting… room and I have said yes to the second dress. The consultant was so friendly and encouraging and most of all HONEST. she truly listened to what I wanted and used her intuition to suggest dresses accordingly. Rushed during appointment, it was quite stressful and not an enjoyable experience. I did call ahead to say that is be 5 mins late due to roadworks, so partly my fault, but I felt like I was pushed out the door 5 mins before my time slot ended also. Sales assistant did not listen to what I wanted and appeared to become quite frustrated when I was… asking her to show me something else. I was also limited to a small number of gowns and not allowed to try more, despite there being several I liked, so I missed out on trying them. No other bridal store was like this, if you saw something you liked

Today was my second time at the store and both times I was helped by Margaret who is absolutely lovely. She made me feel so comfortable and had lots of great advice and ideas. She remembered me from the previous visit and pulled my two favourite dresses for me to try on again. She is truly a great asset to the store and with Margaret's help found my dream dress. I have not looked anywhere other than here as I feel so confident with quality and the service, making the dress will be nothing short of amazing on delivery.
