A busy lifestyle, a passion for fine cooking and a love of traditional elegance led the owners of this home to transform their previous kitchen into a refined epicentre of family activity. Enter Kitchens Victoria - makers of quality cabinetry for the discerning buyer. The company manufactured this beautiful kitchen, which was designed by Lindy McGrath from Watermark Design - designers of fine kitchens and bathrooms.
Practicality, openness and space-saving elements are the order of the day in this revitalised traditional kitchen. The owners wanted a French provincial style with modern features but needed help bringing their vision to life. Farmers Waratah doors in Espresso provide the overall look and feel, with glass feature doors to add light and visual interest.
This new home presented the opportunity to design a provincial-style kitchen on a grand scale. We had the luxury of space so were able to build all the cabinetry galley style along the back wall. Provincial features include the cabinet profile, the large canopy over the oversized free-standing oven, glass French-door cabinets for display items and the tiled splashback.
It would be foolhardy to shun the conveniences offered by our technological age for the sake of old-world authenticity, as a creative kitchen design can deliver the benefits of both. There is no better example of how this can be done than this delightful Kitchens Victoria project, which has blended the warmth and charm of yesteryear with modern functionality.

Impeccable service as well as impeccable work. From the initial consultation al the way to installation kitchens Victoria kept me informed and up to date with all developments. They were on time as well as On schedual. Delivered and installed on the date they promised. Would thoroughly recommend. Kitchens Victoria take pride in there work,no cutting corners. Thank you for my wonderful new kitchen.
